Denise Lewis, Director, DEIA Initiatives, Military Spouse Jobs
Denise Lewis is the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility for Corporate America Supports You (CASY), DBA VetJobs and the Military Spouse Corporate Career Network (MSCCN), DBA Military Spouse Jobs, two unique non-profit organizations that provide employment readiness and job placement assistance for ALL veterans, military spouses, National Guard, Reserves, transitioning military, military-affiliated survivors, caregivers, divorcee and youth.
Denise is an Army Brat who was born and raised in West Point, NY. She is an Army retired spouse who has been an advocate for the Army all of her life. Denise holds a Master’s in Management and Leadership. As an Army spouse Denise moved 26 times in 34 years and was affected by employment opportunities, promotion, retirement, and pay inequities.
Denise is grateful for the ability to still serve and ensure that ALL of our military-affiliated candidates have equitable opportunities for career enhancement and employment. Denise’s diversity outreach initiatives are strategic and inclusive. She is in alignment with the organization’s goals to ensure that we recruit diverse candidates who are underserved in military-affiliated minority populations.
Denise also manages several diversity programs in the organization, the Survivor, Goldstar Caregiver and Employment Network (SGCEN), the Maria McConville Career Internship program (MMCIP), and Military Youth Job Network (MYJN).
