She is the Senior Director of the Adecco Group US Foundation, a vigorous advocate for military families, acting as an author, speaker, and sought out as a subject matter expert.

Additionally, Rachelle drives the Foundation’s collaboration with Dress for Success Worldwide, creating transformative programs designed to foster economic independence and employment opportunities for women.
