Meet the Facilitator
Anna Larson is the founder of MilSpouse Transition and a Gallup® Certified CliftonStrengths® Coach.
She is also a veteran military spouse who has navigated a messy transition out of active duty military life. That experience led her to work tirelessly to become a military spouse transition expert.
Through MilSpouse Transition, Anna has developed a milspouse-focused resource hub, facilitates workshops, hosts a podcast, speaks on a variety of topics as a keynote and conference presenter, and applies strengths-based coaching techniques to groups and individuals looking for a better way to navigate major life changes.

Where is the workshop located?
The workshop will be held virtually via Zoom Events – a platform that offers a unique networking and workshop experience. Upon registration, a unique link associated with your registration will be provided you by Zoom. Please do not share that link. Each registrant must have their own unique link to join us.
Who should attend this workshop?
This workshop is designed for active-duty military spouses within 0-4 years of transition or veteran spouses within 0-4 years post-retirement who are still struggling with transition change.
Is there a cost to attend?
The American Armed Forces Mutual Aid Association (AAFMAA) has generously sponsored this program. There is no cost to attendees, however, the registration is not free. We do have limited space so please be committed to attending for the full-day if you choose to register.
What is expected of attendees?
We can’t wait to meet you!
Our expectations include:
Showing up! Each registrant has been provided a scholarship through our sponsor, AAFMAA. Not showing up will elimate a spot for another spouse who could have been there. Also, please be prepared to have your camera during the workshop in order to fully participate with the group.
Providing feedback! This program is being piloted in 2024 to evaluate the effectiveness of the content in supporting military spouses through transition. The evaluation will be completed through a survey at the end of the course.
Completing your strengths assessment! Part of your scholarship is a CliftonStrengths® Top 5 assessment. In order to get the most out of the workshop this assessment is required to be completed. Participants will be using the results throughout the day!
