Just like transitioning out of active duty military life, preparation for this workshop is key to a successful outcome.
>> Each registrant will be sent a personalized CliftonStrengths® Top 5 assessment code to be taken in advance. You’ll have a chance to use those top 5 strengths to create a plan that will help you power through disruptive life changes like transition out of active duty military life.

Meet the Facilitator
Anna Larson is the founder of MilSpouse Transition and a Gallup® Certified CliftonStrengths® Coach.
She is also a veteran military spouse who has navigated a messy transition out of active duty military life. That experience led her to work tirelessly to become a military spouse transition expert.
She specializes in helping military spouses navigate major life transitions through her organization. Anna has developed a milspouse-focused resource hub, facilitates workshops, hosts a podcast, speaks on a variety of topics as a keynote and conference presenter, and applies strengths-based coaching techniques to groups and individuals looking for a better way to navigate major life changes.

Where is the workshop located?
The workshop will be held at the Central Texas College Fort Cavazos Campus. This is located on Fort Cavazos next to the Library. Full address and map will be provided after registration.
Who should attend this workshop?
This workshop is designed for active-duty military spouses within 0-4 years of transition or veteran spouses within 0-4 years post-retirement who are still struggling with transition change.
Is there a cost to attend?
No, there is no cost to attendees. Each workshop ticket has received a scholarship sponsorship by AAFMAA. Please only register if you can commit to attending the full day.
What is expected of attendees?
We can’t wait to meet you. This program is being piloted in 2024 to evaluate the effectiveness of the content in supporting military spouses.
By registering for this workshop you are agreeing to help evaluate the effectiveness of the content of this program This evaluation will be completed through a survey at the end of the course.
Additionally, attendees agree to complete a CliftonStrengths® Top 5 assessment and share the results with workshop leader, Anna Larson.
Finally, attendees agree to receive email communication from MilSpouse Transition.
